At JRG Livestock & Pet Supply, we want you and your animals to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories are not the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
