Pyramid 5 vaccine for cattle is effective in the prevention of IBR, BVD (Types I and II), PI3 and BRSV. It is a modified live vaccine and requires mixing. For BVD fetal protection, cows and heifers should be vaccinated 30 to 60 days pre-breeding. Safe for use in pregnant cows and heifers that were vaccinated with Pyramid 5 or Pyramid 10 prior to breeding. Calves vaccinated under six months of age should be revaccinated at six months of age. Annual revaccination recommended. One dose is 2 mL given subcutaneously.
